A: 5×3 Snatch Push Press from Back, at 60% Snatch
B: 3 Position Snatch
-Below Knee
-Mid Thigh
50% x 3, 60% x 3, 70% x 3
C: 10min Singles

Minute intervals, 3 rounds, 15s rest between exercise:
1. Sit-ups
2. Overhead hold @ 75/55
3. S2S oblique twists with plate
4. G2OH @ 75/55
