EMOM(5):
5 Hang Cleans, starting at 50%
EMOM(4):
4 Hang Cleans
EMOM(3):
3 Hang Cleans
EMOM(2):
2 Hang Cleans
5minutes:
1RM Hang Clean

Dash(Optional):

Minute each, 3 rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds.
1. Straight Legged Deadlifts with DB/KB
2. Pistol Squats/Close feet air squats
3. DB/KB Snatches @ 53/35
4. Burpees to Target
