We are an organization aimed to helping everyone grow in their fitness & personal lives. Our fitness center offers strength & conditioning classes for people of all experience.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower the world to surpass their limits to achieve anything. We run small and personalized group fitness classes that give our clients a sense of community, which keeps them engaged and motivated. We work closely with our local schools to help their students grow both physically and mentally. We are different, as we teach individuals to be self sufficient, so that they can become independent. This has really helped our clients stay motivated even when we aren’t around.

Our coaches are not just fitness trainers, but life mentors, that understand that change starts in the mind. As a NASM certified personal trainer, wrestling coach, and strength and conditioning coach, William Chang has been helping the kids and young adult stay active for the past 5 years. His passion has always been to help others grow, through sports, fitness and life, so he founded Surpass the Limit. He is also a coach with Beat the Streets, a non-profit organization that aims to keep kids off the streets through wrestling.
